Cairn House provided us with a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The rooms were clean and the decoration was suitable for a seaside accommodation. Staff were exemplary and the cooked breakfast was delicious. We rarely return to the same venue but would very happily stay here again if required.

Booking at the last minute, we had been braced for Cairn House to be a run-down B&B, but we were pleasantly surprised to find it was a pleasant, comfy, and well-maintained gem. Our bed had one of the comfiest mattresses we've found in a hotel bed, which were apparently in all the rooms. The owners were friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was clean and tidy. All in all, absolutely worth a visit.

This is a lovely property that about 15 minute walk into the centre of town. The breakfast was excellent, the room was well equipped and airy, the bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. Would recommend a stay here.

Practically everything was excellent. The room, breakfast, service were all spot on. The only problem we had was the entrance/exit to the car park. All very tight but it wouldn’t stop us returning if we are ever in the area again. Thank you

My room was in the rear corner away from both roads, so was wonderfully quiet. Everyone there was wonderful, it was great to hang out in the garden and the bar. Terrific stay!
