We arrived at halftime, hoping to watch the second half of the college game, where our son goes to school and found the remote had dead batteries, And no way to change the channel manually. The staff at the hotel had no replacements and told me to Go buy my own if I want to use the TV. They said they would reimburse me but the next morning the Attendant at the desk said they didn’t have authority to tell me that, So sorry they have no way of reimbursing me. Honestly, a hotel that has no way to pay for anything, that sounds like a lie.. I know they were very busy but really They weren’t willing to go out of their way for anything, Tell the truth and figure out a solution. I gave my room number and never heard back.
