It’s a good place with affordable price. The only issue is the smell inside the room. I know smoking is prohibited in the facility, but still there’s a bad smell. Staff is really helpful.

This motel was deplorable. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated the room and all of our clothing. There were holes in the walls and the bathroom and kitchenette dirty. Overpriced flea bag motel. Not recommended

This place is cheap, but it’s dirty, poorly maintained and has a shady crowd hanging around. Would not recommend for families or anyone not wanting to wake up to cigarette butts and Jack Daniel’s bottles strewn about the property.

It was a great stay. You get a 2 star room but it is so affordable and it’s right on the water. And the staff were all very friendly.

The location is convenient and the property is pet-friendly, which were the main positives. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean and appeared poorly maintained. There were hairs on the mattress, and the overall condition of the room did not meet expectations. I ended up buying a new set of linens just so I could sleep comfortably. Although I had booked two nights, I checked out after the first night and left the next day because I did not feel comfortable staying any longer.

The location was excellent—just a 2-minute walk from Bayshore, which was very convenient. The two staff members were also friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I would just like to share a few suggestions that could help improve the room. It would be much better to have an exhaust fan in the kitchen area, especially when cooking. The bathroom, particularly the shower, is quite small, and since it only has a curtain, water easily flows onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the area under the vanity and around the toilet bowl could use some repairs to improve the overall appearance. Lastly, the front door lock and the area between the door frame and the wall appear to be almost broken, so it would be good to have this repaired for safety and security. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and hope these suggestions are helpful.
