There’s no electricity in our bedroom. We can’t turn on both aircon in the living room at the same time because everything will be out of power. Can’t use the tv coz there’s no internet. It was a terrible experience.

Not bad , price ok for older motel with lake view

We had an enjoyable stay .owners are hard working at keep this place decent .its very clean and you have sylvan lake ,right across the street .There is also a good size lawn with a very large firepit .(owners were generous and offered us free wood).I have stayed at this motel several times over the years since the 80's.This is an older motel but well kept and the owners work hard at maintaining it.lovely stay as usual, enjoyed drinks around the firepit, views of the lake and very clean comfortable beds for under $150.

The room smells really really bad. Specially the sofa bed maybe the smell really bad its a smell of dog or something that haven’t had a shower. They cancelled my reservation in the morning even it the website says i will pay in the property but good thing there is room available. I tried calling them but no one is answering in the phone.

I checked in for all of one hour. The room was like a 10x10 jail cell. It smelt horrid. Stale smoke and with someone who has asthma there was no way I could have stayed there. The was patches all over the walls and the bathroom toilet had garbage in it, the shower curtain was stained with mildew. The bathroom sink was next to the kitchenette sink?? It was just my daughter and I and neither one of use felt safe there. I have asked for a refund from the property who chooses to ignore me and Expedia who claims to help but of course they never do. Just a terrible experience. I do not recommends

The only upside is location but it isn’t worth this price - from no one there to check us in for 20 min to the interesting people hanging out in th parking lot all evening, smell of weed so strong at 1 am that it woke me up; party in back alley, and price was horrible. Room for four and towels for 2 only!

The pictures are nothing like what the actual rooms look like. The room also stated it had a bed and a pull-out bed, but the pull-out didn't actually fit in the room, so it was a couch and a bed, not ideal. Also, the room was "no smoking," but clearly, people have been smoking in it. The microwave was on top of a fridge and wasn't actually able to reach the plug. So, you have to put the microwave on the couch and unplug the AC to plug in the microwave. Then it has two sinks side by side in this tiny room. The layout and design were sorely lacking. The bathroom is closet-sized with no fan. This room is only suitable if you are planning to be here for sleeping and outside the rest of the time. It has the potential to be great with renovations and under different management.

The rooms was not as advertised..some rooms shown on the website look decent, the room they gave us was terrible...outdated, holes on the wall, doors don't close, the smell of cigarette smoke lingers, if i did not arrive at 2am i would have not stayed here. I called the staff the morning of my check in to let them know i wont be in until 2am and they mentioned that they are 24hrs. I get there to find that the staff decided they wanted to sleep...it took us 30min to finally get someone to the front desk and check us in! Then to open a door to this terrible room. Never again , until removatons happens ... the room wasnt worth $70 a night let alone $130!

The staff were not friendly, the shower was so small it should not of passed inspection, literally 24x24”. When I asked for a box to of Kleenex I was as given an old used almost empty box. There were 2 butter knives, 1 tsp,1fork and no dish towels or dish cleaning rag. When we checked out after 1 night due to conditions when I asked if any money could be reimbursed, even just the pet fee I was told no. 1 key for the room was provided even though the room was booked for 2 adults. I would not recommend which is unfortunate because the location is prime.

The location of the property is the one perk, the rest of it was disappointing. The rooms are in poor condition, our room was missing lightbulbs and the bathroom was filthy. When I unfolded the bath mat bugs fell out. The shower was also tiny and difficult to use.

It is somewhere to put your head down. When we walked in the main office attendant showed us to our rooms and we had smelt a unbelievably smell in one of the rooms (a pull out couch with a queen bed) so he offered us another room which only had a queen bed. It worked out for us luckily but he would not give us the difference in price compared to the two rooms back. It was a fine stay just not the cleanliness and the pictures do not compare to what is shown online. I’m giving this such a low rating because we were offered a lower class room because our room we were supposed to have was not clean and we paid more than we should have..and it smelt really bad.

Firstly , when i tried booking the room the price came up around $170 , I can’t recall how did it shoot to $245. Now lets talk about place it was a gone show. It smelled mildew and like smoke. One bed was broken . If possible would like my refund. I would have loved to stay on roadside . Pathetic overall

Should have known better when we pulled into the parking lot. Got into our room, it smelt of pot so bad pretty sure we all could have got contact high. There was stains all over the sheets and duvets. Other peoples food in the fridge, was questionable if the room was even cleaned. Would not recommend staying here

I didnt like the fact that my room smelled of sewage. The toilet wasnt attached to the ground game a couple inches up with mold and feeces. The hotel obviously trying to cover it up with frebreeze and smell beads dumped around the toilet. The beads going deep behind the toilet covering holes behind toilet. The whole place smelled of septic and febreeze. The fridge had a layer of mold inside the door. The shower head had an inch of lime build up on it. I coukd not physically stay thereas the smell was terrible the staff pretended they didnt know along with the owner. Woukd not refund us we didnt stay 1 night but paid 452 for 2 nights. Theh are slum lords and i would not ever stay here unless you want to feel ill. I dont ever complain and deal with things but this was bad they need to be shut down!
