Executive Inn Freer, Texas
Great remodeled room. Full line up of Directv channels. Endless super hot water for our showers. Would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as the one packet was not enough for us both. They cleaned and replaced the towels each day of our trip, without us having to ask.

Quality stay and service
I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. I was expecting an average room to stay while I was there for the Rattle Snake roundup. When I opened the door there was a big pretty king size bed nice big Tv and extremely clean. I travel as a vendor and stay at some places not to speak about but this one here made me want to write a review because of its quality remodeling and cleanliness. I’m Ok without them making the bed most hotels don't on 2 night stays what I did like is they came and refreshed the towels and left 3 bars of soap to where I wouldn’t run out, to me that’s special. Overall great stay and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great stay but one weird thing
Very efficient check in process. The front desk clerk offered me some complimentary drinks, which I gratefully accepted. There was one weird thing that happened. A stray cat walked into my room while the door was slightly ajar. It took a bit of coaxing to get it to leave.

Great service
My family and friends go to Freer every year for hunting. The Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Service was great and friendly. My nephew left something behind and I received a call for my address to mail it back. You don't find that type of honesty and service often. Will definitely be staying again.

The lady that checked me in was very friendly, however the rooms were nothing like the pictures showed on the hotels site. My tub was cracked, the carpet was sticky and not vacuumed, the tile bathroom floor had hair and dirt all over on it! I had to clean it myself because they had no other room to put me into. They have a beautiful outside lounging area in front of the hotel, TV worked and the bed was ok. Overall it’s about a 4 out of 10, the housekeeper lady that checked me in was about the only positive thing here.

Really, reall close to perfect
My best choice in Freer so far! By far! The lady at checkin was very pleasant, checkin was efficient. The room was a wonderful surprise...clean (except they need to clean behind the bathroom door), A few small opportunities for improvement: 1. Cookware in a kitchenette would have been nice. I had to pay $25 for a skillet next door. Plus I had to buy plates, bowls, flatware, cookware, salt & pepper, etc. Costed me close to $100. At least warn people when theyre booking a room..... 2. Also had to buy shampoo & conditioner. I could have brought all of the above HAD I KNOWN. 3. I wouldn't have had to cook if you truly had breakfast. You cant call that breakfast, really. 4. 2 towels for 2 people is not enough. Ever. 4 towels in a double room please. You really do have a gem, there. Comfortable beds, FANTASTIC SHOWER, clean, quiet, well-lit.....you could make it amazing with a tiny bit more effort. It really wouldnt take much. Your rooms are already better than BW and they charge double. Address the above issues and add in a few evening events...burgers on the grill...evening cocktail hour...morning hot breakfast...cookies in the office...etc.
