It's my usual hotel whenever I go to Malacca. Great location as it's near to many good eateries and massage/wellness outlets. Friendly and helpful staff who show great hospitality and warm welcome. Hotel management needs to monitor the upkeeping and maintenance of the hotel rooms and facilities. Will stay in the future and recommend.

Great view of the Malacca Strait, Masjid Selat Melaka and the surrounding areas. WiFi connection could have been better - no connection at all. Very limited TV channels.

For a 1 bedroom unit, with living room and kitchenette, price was relatively cheap. Bathtub was ok too. But the bed and pillows were not great. Place a bit old. Aircon in the living room was not working. Good enough to just stay for the night.

NO SECOND VISIT

Checked in Premier room with bath tub and a small kitchen. Very old hotel and old interior design in room, no maintenance. Floor in room has many stains and dirt. Very limited TV channels . Very strong Aroma / scent when stepped in the room which was unpleasant for us. There are stains on shower towels and called for replacement but need to wait at least 20mins. When passed the dirty towels to the hotel staff (indian), he got no response even an apologise after showing him the stains. Unaccepted that one ot the replacement towel has stain also and i immediately request for a new one again! Ok fine it was only one night stay, that’s more than enough

TERRIBLE. NO SECOND VISIT

Very limited TV channels as 8-9 local malay channels as entertainment so quite boring. Very strong Aroma / scent when stepped in the room which was unpleasant for us. There are stains on shower towels and called for replacement but need to wait at least 20mins. When passed the dirty towels to the hotel staff (indian), he got no response even an apologise after showing him the stains. Unaccepted that one ot the replacement towel has stain also and i immediately request for A NEW ONE AGAIN! Ok fine it was only one night stay, that’s more than enough! Will not recommend friends/ family to stay this hotel.

Lindo hotel con ciertas deficiencias

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la piscina es muy linda con vista al mar y la ciudad, el agua impecable, tiene guardavida que no es un detalle menor. Te dan toallas sin costo alguno. Teniamos reservada una habitac superior sin desayuno, cuando nos la adjudicaron, la habitacion estaba realmente SUCIA, solo habian barrido un poco y cambiado las sabanas, el piso todo manchado, pelusa por todos lados, digno de un hostel de 4ta categoria, no del nivel de este hotel. Y de plus, la caja fuerte no andaba. Nos quejamos, y Recca, hizo todo para que nuestra estadia fuera una linda experiencia,, nos cambió a una habitac con vista al mar y nos ofreció el desayuno sin gasto para nuestra 2da noche. Pero la caja fuerte de esta habitac, tampoco anduvo nunca. El desayuno, excelente, dividido en un patio para comida oriental, y otro para desayuno occidental, ambos muy variados, a comer a voluntad. El personal: TODOS muy amables y serviciales. Hablan ingles

Hotel con una habitacion pequeña y a falta de pequeños detalles que aumentarian su evaluacion, como que no pongan unicamente un rollo de papel higienico solo con el 20% de papel faltente del grifo del bidet que se pidio que repusieran y nunca se hizo y cosas asi. Por cierto la piscina la cierran a las 6:30 pm :-(

Excelente servicio, comida y una gran vista

Increíble servicio, todo el personal sonriente y amable. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, la piscina tiene una vista a la ciudad y al atardecer muy linda. El desayuno ofrece muchas opciones y de alta calidad, al igual que el resto de la comida del hotel es buena y nada cara. Definitivamente fue lo mejor de mi viaje a Malaka, volvería al hotel sin pensarlo.

Not valued for money , read before you stay

Went to the hotel for our anniversary stay and check with the hotel management if there was any hotel upgrade available after checking they say that we will need to pay extra $30sgd just for the upgrade. During check in, we shown them that we already paid for the room via Hotel.com app. However they insist for more than 3 times that we did not paid for the room and even though we show them the app and receipt, their system show none until one of them check 'properly' and say payment is done. No apologies was given by them and they just continue as per normal. The room TV was spoilt and they change the whole wall TV for us and yet the new TV couldn't change any channel so end up not using the TV. The bathroom was a little dirty and murky in color, there was no air circulation vent in the toilet so the air smells stale. Parking was free and there was a guard sitting near the entry/exit so parking near the guard is quite safe. Location is near to various amenities like family mart and 7-11. Breakfast was okay but not much selection. Overall, not that value for my money.

The room toilet was dirty, the shower head wasn’t working,the drainage system wasn’t very good as the water during shower flow down the drain very slow. Sprayer at the toilet also spoilt. As is was just a night stay, so i cant be bother to complain or ask them to change.
