The location and facility are good. BUT front desk staff Lucky LI (Xiaoting Li)’s service was terrible, I was shocked and I never met such a case. My train departs at 4pm so I requested 2 pm check out which was approved after I talked with room service line, my 4 years daughter stayed with me and my 70 aged parents stayed in another room, we all booked executive sea view rooms for better service. BUT when we come back a little bit after 12 pm we can not open the doors for both rooms so I had to walk to front desk to validate the key, unfortunately after I tried again after validation, the door still couldn’t be opened. We were too tired so we requested to send a staff to help to open, but nothing happened after we waited for a while, then I had to call again to ask the front desk to open for us, due to we tried 3 times already, finally after half an hour waiting outside, we were able to enter into two executive rooms we booked. In addition, before 2pm we received a call front front desk to push us to check out quickly. I can not bear it due to the I am traveling with my 4 years daughter and aged parents, it disturbed all my day. I wish the hotel could understand how bad I feel after I met such a service, especially with my daughter and aged parents waited long time for opening the door.
