We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Beacon T2! The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service were truly impressive.
A special thanks to the receptionist, Kidus, who went out of his way to assist us. His helpful attitude and kind nature made our experience even more pleasant.

probably would not do it again
my husband and i stayed for 3 days. when we got to the hotel we were early so could not get into our room. that was ok but the front desk ladies were very rude. we went over to the restaurant and had some lunch the staff was very nice and helpful and the food was good.
we got to the room and noticed a slight smell, no big deal. the toilet would not flush all the way and 1 day in it completely quit. my husband told the front desk on the way out in the morning but when we had gotten back to the room at night it was still not working we had to call again. the hot water pot stopped working so we called the front desk for a new one they said they were bringing it but no one showed up, my husband went down to the desk and got us a new one. a/c stopped working so when the guy came to fix the toilet we told him about it. about 20 minutes later we were back in business.

Very poor management, double booking for room, spent 30 minutes to rearrange my room. Very uncooperative staff, to increase heartbeat, stress and even to miss flight PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. Location not good at all for foreigners. With the cost of money not a good quality hotel.

honestly, this is the second time we have gone there but as usual, everything was great from the guards to the management, plus, the point is they have a nearby hotel that makes fresh and delicious Indian food, and it's way too close to us consulate airport phoenix mall. recommend this place to everyone.

It was an absolute Nightmare.
Firstly the reception staff had absolutely no sense of hospitality, no courtesy and didn't even have common conversational politeness.
Secondly, the room was shabby. Paint was coming off, floor looked dirty and there was no floor towel, no hand towel, nothing.
And the worst part, there was no electricity from 12 am to 4 am and then from 8 am till we checked out at 9 am. They said it was from the power grid, but common, you've got to have a backup. Even lift was not working and I carried my bag myself from 2nd floor.
I entrusted this place to stay with my family based on my previous experience from 2016-17, but this was horrible horrible stay.

This maybe a 2 star property at best. Pictures on Expedia site look fine but reality is quite different in terms of surroundings, noise level and safety. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend any others either.

Average hotel
Average hotel, the towels in the room was very old. The 2 front desk staff when I checked out were very friendly, I forgot their names, total opposite of the staff when i checked in. The food was great though.
Location is not good, noisy and crowded outside the hotel.

- Above all, a young man came into our room in the middle of the night ! He stopped himself, hesitated, though our screams, instead of apologizing. Was it a robber? We phoned to the employee at the office and he finally answered that this man (who?) made a mistake, he bekieved it was his room. We are not convinced at all by this explanation.
