This property was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and it delivered exactly what it promised. My only shock was - the rooms did not have any AC due to the historic nature of the building but thankfully the fan that was provided was sufficient for the room. Overall I will visit this hotel again!

Tive uma ótima experiência no Palace Hotel. A localização é excelente, bem no centro de Poços de Caldas, perto das principais atrações e muito fácil de fazer tudo a pé. A pensão completa vale muito a pena, com refeições bem servidas e saborosas. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a equipe, todos os funcionários foram muito educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Foi uma estadia muito agradável e eu voltaria com certeza.
