We stayed at QBrasov a couple of days the room was comfortable and clean and they had a breakfast bouffet get which was good. During our stay one night they were holding a private party in the ground floor and they had the music very loud at late ours. It was difficult for us to sleep because we were in the first floor and the music was still very loud after 12:00 am. On Sundays they start serving breakfast at 8:30 am which, in my opinion is too late if you have into account that tourist usually wake up very early to make the most of their journey. From Monday to Saturday breakfast starts at 7:30 am.

The Q hotel is worst. Some peoples had a party in the restaurant on reception floor when I was checked in at 16:30 pm. The crazy music and band sound contineud until 12 o'clock. I stayed on 2nd floor. It was terrible.

I wouldn't eat at the restaurant. Dirty and staff not washing hands after smoking, etc. Some staff nice but overall attitude if staff was poor.

Nice and friendly hotel near center square

Hotel front desk staff was excellent- very friendly and eager to help tourists with restaurant suggestions and activities in the area. Staff speaks English very well. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. Bathrooms were really clean and room was a good size.

Spacious, modern

Modern, clean hotel with great wifi. The location isn't great, but that's the tradeoff for a place that's updated and spacious.

Like "SABENA" (Such A Bed Experience Never Again)

The reason I selected this hotel - and agree to prepay for it - is that during a very busy long weekend, most of the other options were fully booked. In itself, already says something...The allocated room to us (205) did not have air conditioning at all (although this was clearly listed both on venere.com and on the hotel own site) and appeared to have the strangest arrangement I have ever seen (specially the bathroom). On top of the "design features", the poor phonic insulation contributed to hear every single noise from the bathroom of...our neighbours (!!). My request to change the room - there are for sure better ones in this establishment - was not fulfilled. It is a pity, as Brasov stays as one of the nicest places in Romania...just look for something else!
