The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with more than enough variety of food to choose from. Location is great with about a 10-15 minute walk to main shopping strip, beach and restaurants. We really loved the hotel and will definetly stay there again if we go back to Bodrum.

It was a nice stay for a couple of nights in Izmir. The lady who arranged/served the breakfast was very nice and professional. She was very particular about how it displays, which is important and it can easily neglected especially when you are very busy. She took care of things in a courteous manner. The Best Hotel in Turkey!

A friendly welcome by staff at this perfect hotel for relaxing. About 15 minutes walk to the centre. Clean and comfortable room with great shower, TV, balcony and mini fridge. The breakfast was the best, such a choice of delicious items! The pool was super clean and easy to get in with towels offered for use by the hotel. We love this hotel, the best place we stayed during our 2 month trip around Turkey! I wish we'd stayed longer and hope we can come back!

It was very comfortable. I've stayed in many hotels in this area. The bed was great. I was able to sit on my own patio, close to the pool and breakfast area. It was quiet. It's located Across the street from Carrefour. Very easy to walk down towards the center. The staff were very welcoming. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for our final night in Bodrum. We had just got off a Sail so this was a lovely hotel to come to for a night after our weeks sail. The staff were so accommodating as soon as we were welcomed to the hotel. They helped with our luggage to the room and we were able to relax and sun bathe as soon as we got there. They even let us have a late check out which was amazing for us as we had a 15 hour journey back home so to stay and relax at the hotel was amazing. I will definitely be returning and for longer than 1 night! The astetic of the hotel was lovely, with sun loungers, a pool area and the place was very bright and clean! I could not recommend this hotel more! The staff were so accommodating! Thank you for an amazing stay

Costa Sariyaz is quite different from the pictures. The main area and pool is very nice. However, rooms are very different in a bad way. Beds are uncomfortable. We got 2 rooms and both were ok. Staff is not so friendly and for us the hotel is just ok. We even ask for towels to take to the beach and they don’t give you. This I consider a poor quality service as you’re tourist and obviously not carrying towels around to go to the beach. At breakfast if you want orange juice they charge you extra even though you have included breakfast. Location is perfect because it’s 10 minutes walking from the center and beach. Too bad cause I believe the hotel has good potential for giving a better service and room conditions.
