Amazing service from the lovely staff at Bancuang Mansion. They were very accommodating and happy to help out with washing, airport transfer and even upgraded our room! Very clean and great facilities, just a short walk from the centre of Coron town. Would highly recommend

Stayed at Coron Bancuang Mansion for 1 week and it was perfect. The staff was very helpful and always went above and beyond. Great cocktails and super tasty food. Really recommend the stay here. There is also a pool. The washrooms and room service was perfect and fast.

Nice hotel - good location

The hotel is situated at the top of Coron town and there are many tricycles to take you the short ride into the centre. It is a quirky but pretty design and we rented 2 rooms at the top of the hotel. That meant quite a few steps from room to reception! The rooms were large and roomy. However they had no safe, which is meant leaving cash, cards and passports in reception. The restaurant was very good and value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly, both in reception and the restaurant. TBH Coron town is not a beautiful town but Bancuang Mansion was quite pretty. Its unlikely we would go back to Coron but if we did, we would happily pick Bancuang Mansions again.

We had just completed a four day excursion next in Palawan and chose this property to relax our last night before heading home. We enjoyed everything about this property. The staff were excellent, the place was beautiful, the pool was great, the food was top notch and we had an amazing experience at this property. I would highly recommend this place to a yone looking for the perfect stay in Coron.

Loved our stay here. We were a group of 5 (2 couples) and had requested an extra cot for the big room. They gave us a cute little bed that’s comfy and adorable! The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The pool area was clean and private, away from the traffic. Highly recommended!

Staff were pleasant and accommodating to our requests from beginning to end of our stay Esp Sharmaine who welcomed and helped us with our island tours and Berna and Ching as well. Airport shuttle is also available fora reasonable fee. It’s close to restaurants and local convinient stores. It has a beautiful amazing and relaxing view of the mountains Coron esp on the 2nd floor restaurant .overall it’s a great place . Very satisfied client here😊 I give this hotel a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Home away from home…

The only problem I encountered is their intermittent WiFi, but this is not significant as I’m here to enjoy outdoor not to stay and mope inside their cozy, clean and comfy room. The staffs are friendly and approachable. They help me carry my bulky luggage without even asking (yes, there is no elevator in every hotel in Coron, I could be wrong but again, irrelevant). They make my stay pleasant, they always smile, and cater to what you need.

Bathroom was dirty; the hospitality was awful. There is no lift in the hotel. My room was on the 5th floor and to walk 5 floors multiple times each day was a pain. I checked out before the end date.

The room was clean and everything worked. There are lot of stairs and no elevators, so its recommended to not take lots of luggage with you. The internet was a bit slow, for example YouTube videos had to be given a little time to buffer. The hotel owner also had a birthday party one night. The restaurants were closed because two floors were full of party people and I could still hear them drunkenly singing karaoke in to our room after midnight.
