Staff were fantastic we will continue to visit this Hotel. however we asked about a very small wedding and was told only big weddings in the Barn are available to be booked, we spoke to the Ringwood registrar after our wedding and was told that they could of carried out the ceremony it the library room if the Hotel was in agreement.

Th hotel was comfortable, but needed some work on some of the seating. I often saw plates and glasseswhat had not been cleared up, which makes the place look unkempt. On a few occassions things had not been cleared for up to 5 hours. I know the staff were very busy with fuctions, but then perhaps more staff should be bought in at those times. The best area I found was the rooms which I found were always clean and tydy.

Really lovely relaxing place for a hot summer day. The outside pool was a bonus! Room was clean although beds for teens were far too small. Restaurant was nice. Some parts of the hotel look tired & need a refresh but we’ll definitely be back!!

The breakfast not replenished, no egg cups provided !!! Table in conservatory leg falling, shabby chairs. Slow service, staff saying Chef only just turned up. Dining room area full of cobwebs, cleaners need to look above eye level, The rooms shower facilities not great the floor not level . It’s such a shame as the outside of the building and views are great.

First of all the location is beautiful. When we arrived Tanya and the reception team were lovely. Room was very nice and spacious. Whilst we did have a problem with one member of staff at breakfast, Giorgio Hotel Manager quickly resolved and the rest of his team including José and Eduardo were great.

The food and staff were genuinely amazing — every meal was delicious and the team were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also loved the free‑standing bath in our room; such a lovely touch and really added to the experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well as the room was extremely hot, and the fan provided didn’t help at all. A better cooling option would have made a big difference. The pool itself was beautiful and refreshing, but it did feel a bit awkward during our visit. A bridal party were sitting along the edge with their feet in the water, taking photos — including with a drone — and they were taking up around half the pool space, which made it less relaxing for other guests. Overall, a mix of wonderful service and amenities with a few comfort issues that affected our stay.
