Ok but not much more
As many said before -- this hotel needs to be renovated. We had room no 1 in the man building. The room was very big with a perfect view and a little balcony. In the room we had a tiny TV (15" max.), a water cooker tea and coffee bags. In the bathrooms shampoo and soap. No hairdryer or anything else.
Carpet was old and dirty, shower cabin was leaking so the whole bathroom was under water the bed was ok but reminded on camping. The cushions hard.
If you walk in the room the whole house is shaking. Of course you can here your neighbors very well - talking, having shower walking etc. also - surprisingly - the street is really loud with open window at night.
Also - as you can read in many reviews - we were very satisfied with the breakfast. A nice place to sit and everything we needed and more. Tasty! To the beach by bike is 15min with a 6 yr old kid- very close. Also center of Oostkapelle with some restaurants is very close.
So - for us it was OK. We stayed 4 nights. Ist is better than camping and worse than probably most hotels around. But we booked late, it was the cheapest available there and we hD over all a nice stay.
