do not stay. when we arrived at 6pm, the lights were off in reception and in the hotel in general, once we checked in we headed to the room. In the corridors one light came on and the rest did not meaning we had to use phone torches to find the room. The room looked like a prison cell, and did not match the photos. The light was hanging off the ceiling and it was dirty in general. We had to stay somewhere else as me and my girlfriend felt unsafe. I have been in contact with the hotel in regards to this, but they are ignoring my message.

Ok place to stay. At least 20 minutes walking from Grand Place. Not very cosy neighbourhood. A little bit noisy from traffic. I really missed carpets on the floor. The grey concrete floor seemed cold and like a cellar floor. There could also have been more lamps/lights. The breakfast was cheap, but only plain croissants and coffee. That's all.
