The bungalows were amazing, big clean and lovely. Reception and resteraunts were also spacious.
We arrived by boat and had to try and find someone when we arrived by wandering into the deserted resteraunt. At reception we were instantly handed a key (we were the only ones that appeared to be staying). We had to wait at reception to find someone who spoke English and then said our passports would be returned to our room (they weren't, and we Went to get them that night). We tried to arrange transfers to airport and boat hire and couldn't due to the language barrier. Breakfast starts at 6, but all the lights were off after 6 and only turned on when we checked at reception about times.
We received a call the night prior to check out waking us up wanting to know when we were checking out,and then received wake up calls we didn't request.
Overall the location and facilities are outstanding, however the service made the stay challenging. We went to the lovely Amata garden resort next door and they made all our arrangements for us.
