I’ve been staying here off and on and they have really good rates and the rooms are not too bad but the ac units could be repaired and looking nicer than all beat up but other than that it’s a good stay for a night away from home !

Room was discussing Staff was friendly Had to wake them up cause of time checked in :( Broke my toe from the bed after bed fell when I sat on it and broke staff had to come put bed on floor, all around bad experience had to leave and they moved me to different hotel 2 blocks away which was better but not much no hose keeping dirty towels hot tub not working.

Actually, stayed at the Miles Motel on referral from Colonade Motel. Horrible place to stay. Lights did not work. Water only produced a trickle and no hot water. Refrigerator too close to wall so would not open without opening the freezer. Floors were filthy. TV was dying. paid for 3 nights before staying one night. Motel would not refund the 2nd and 3rd night. Motel should be declared a health hazard and shut down.

This is more of a residential place than a roadside motel. The room was spacious, but dirty and in disrepair. There were roaches, no door number, broken door locks, no top sheet on the bed. The front desk gave us a refund immediately and we went to stay in the Holiday Inn near Gilbert. Sign says "free itch" instead of "kitchen". Should've known better!

There was no hot water had to. Walk3 flight of stairs 2 tomes first time gave. Wrong key 3nd time now towels 3rd time no hot water. Got very cold that night and there was no heat.

Disgusting

It was horrible. Very strong cigarette smell had to keep the windows open to air room but didnt help much. There was poop and pee stains in one of the beds and roaches everywhere. Cops were there at least 3 or 4 times. There was 2 fights and some woman came up to my husband and said only $20 for some "playtime". Ive never had a worse experience in my life.
