"What a CUTE hotel! I felt like I time traveled back to the early 1900s and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated with original black and white photos from it's heyday inception. It's in a great location (restaurants, bars and activities are two short blocks away), clean and secure. Our room was spacious, located near the terrace and comfortable. Sherry was wonderful - she went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay and brought towels within minutes of the request....

"It’s an old historic building. Very cool if you’re interested in that kind of thing. It does have creaky old wooden floors in spots but not too bad. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture and lamps which I really like. That’s one of the reasons I come back. While it has been remodeled, don’t expect perfection. The building is old. The rooms have a sink but no bathroom. There are several nice private bathrooms in the hallways to use.
