The room seemed like it was not cleaned at all. There was trash on the ground, toilet was gross, makeup on the counter. Staff wasnt very friendly or helpful with the situation. Spend a bit more and go to Holiday inn.

The elevator was out and we had only 1 set of towels in a double bed room. Only pork sausages served for breakfast. I don’t eat pork and would have liked some turkey sausage.

The front desk staff was nice room wasn’t so good housekeepers didn’t give me clean towels garbage bags they was out toilet barely flushed only Stayed two outta three nights cause it was that bad couldve been cleaned better shower wall had cracks in it but front desk staff was very helpful

The first room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. After a wait we were assigned another room. At 10:40 pm someone tried to enter our room because they were assigned the same room. The safety chain/device was missing, but the people heard the television and knocked.

We highly recommend this hotel! Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Bed was comfortable and offered uninterrupted sleep, Bed and bath linens were clean and towels were fluffy. The breakfast bar offered a variety of hot and cold options with plenty of comfortable seating. The serving area was especially clean and well maintained. Vanessa was the front desk agent during our stay and she is a stellar employee. Her in-person and phone manner is exceptional. She offers assistance with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. She is among the best to have ever served us. We are more than satisfied with our experience at Quality Inn. Thank you very much!

Not the Quality Inn

The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get one from there. The manager of the hotel is also the maintenance guy. The so called hot breakfast, I wouldn’t even bother. If I were the owner I would take that off the advertisement. The elevator constantly smelt like marijuana and the phone was broken. This place really need some cleaning up.
