This hotel doesn't allow you to use ac during "winter months" even if it's really warm outside so you have to sleep with an open window, but the traffic, pollution and noise are horrible. I felt unwell my whole stay and felt better immediately when I changed hotels. Great price for the location and the free snacks are fun, but if you're sensitive to pollution or have asthma or allergies, I'd look elsewhere until they allow you to use ac. (Also I know the ac issue is a normal thing in Paris but the street noise and pollution make it worse at the property...my room reeked of cigarette smoke and car exhaust).
You can tell there has been water damage here. Probably because they don't use an to keep the humidity stable.
