Our 1 night stay was fine ...a very warm night and the hotel had a sepperate electric fan in the room... the a/c was not working at all so this fan was a life saver ! The breakfast was lovely and we used the pool which was also enjoyable but small things like plastic bags to take your wet swim costumes is a simple addition .. overall a nice stay in a hotel that needs an upgrade 😌

A little gem. I booked one night with family and regret not staying longer. The bar and restaurant were definitely upscale and worth an evening dinner which was totally destroyed by the children. Breakfast was buffet style, really enjoyed it. The canal at the back has a lovely after breakfast walk, and we were fortunate enough to be able to get a boat ride from some travellers. Amazing experience to show the kids how the boats have a home on them. The hotel has excellent parking, service and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and directed us to the boat rides in town. Another point in their favour. Definitely need to return.

We stayed as a family as we were attending a funeral in skipton. Hotel conveniently located overlooking the canal. Hotel was undergoing some renovations work but it didn’t spoil our stay - breakfast relocated to first floor but was good selection and nice and hot. Staff really helpful And freindly - would love to go back when we have more time.
