Place was very clean and in a great location. Not far at all to walk to restaurants, bars and beach. The beach is directly across the street. Very nice property and the restaurant on the grounds of breakers is very good.

This was our 5th Summer staying at the Breakers. It's a very simple place but you can't beat the location which is directly across from the beach and walking distance to town. Very clean, great pool (lots of kids), decent bed, efficiency kitchen. Only downside is the walls are paper thin so you can literally hear your neighbors whispering but the positives outweigh this negative so we will see you again next year!

I absolutely loved my stay at Breakers Montauk. The room was very clean. The location was perfect- cross the street and you’re at the beach! Such a gorgeous view of the expansive ocean and the beautiful dunes. It’s also just a 15 minute walk to some delicious restaurants. I recommend brunch at The Bird and dinner at Alimentari. The intentionality of the design is obvious. They provide a lot in a perfect amount of space. I especially loved that they had beach chairs which could be carried on your back like a backpack with a small cooler pouch built into the chair. Then they’d equipped each chair with bottle openers! Also love that they have bikes for guests to borrow. They’ve really thought of everything.

This is the sweetest little bungalow; right across the street from a gorgeous beach (with dolphins!), and a small pool to cool off. Absolutely adorable and well priced for Montauk!

For he price, cant be beat! Across the street from the beach and a short walk to downtown Montauk. Has a small well kept pool on site where food and drink can be served to you from the crispy taco restaurant on site. Rooms are spacious, suite style . Kitchen/living room separate from the bedroom. Little deck out front that overlooks the parking lot. Pedal bikes and beach chairs provided free of charge! Coffe spot alo located on site. Enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for 2 nights in a studio , unit was so adorable updated comfortable had all the necessities you need, loved drip coffee maker not Keurig which tastes terrible,small frig no microwave, pool & beach access at ur feet , great location to town. No TV so bring iPad Wi-Fi for streaming. Will definitely stay again.

I love everything about The Breakers in Montauk, this was our second trip here and cannot wait to return. The cottages are meticulous, updated and super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is great very quiet and relaxing. The view is amazing, at the beach and the ocean. You can see the ocean from the cottages in the pool and a very easy trail across the street to the beach.Super easy stay, great parking, easy to walk to town, great places to dine. Will definitely return next year!!

Parking is sketchy. If your room isn’t by the maintained parking lot, you have to park off the street in front of the cabins. It had rained before we got there and the parking was in the MUD. Nobody was considerate about parking their vehicles.. some were 5’ or more between the vehicles, so we ended up having to park quite a distance away from our cabin. We had taken food for breakfast and left it on the kitchen counter. When we woke up the next morning the food was covered in ants. The property is very clean and cabins are nice, except for these issues.

The breakers was amazing! We stayed in the presidential suite and it was EVERYTHING!!! It was perfect for us and our baby. We had water views and were situated close to the pool. The room was decorated so cute and it was cozy. The mattress was comfortable also. Will deff be back!!
