Parking directions were terrible. Our toilet seat was broken and we asked for four days to get it fixed and they did nothing. The air conditioner controls did not work. There was no breakfast at the hotel and the suggested “ preferred “ place was dreadful. The only thing good was the hotel location, but we had to walk miles in 30 degree plus temperatures to get there from their suggested street parking.

Beautiful property in the heart of Monopoli. We had the top terrace room overlooking the sea. Staff helpful with making dinner reservations. Beach towels provided which was very convenient. Busy area within walking distance of anything you needed. Yet quiet and air conditioner was top notch. Too cold even at times. But was needed in the 37 degree heat we had. Parking can be tricky so be careful to not get a ticket like we did. Would definately stay again. Room is lovely but quite small but with the terrace it was not needed.

A really lovely hotel with fantastic and friendly service by the staff. Clean, super comfortable bed and included a breakfast (at a cafe) & replenished mini bar drinks every day. A great location close and easy to walk around the old town for cafes and restaurants but also easy walk to the beautiful beaches with clear blue water.

The set-up for the room was definitely interesting. Right at the front entrance there's a landing area to put your bags and a little coffee counter, and the bathroom. The bedroom was up a very narrow set of circular stairs. The quarters were set up nicely considering the vertical layout, but we found it a bit tight. Going down those stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night would not be ideal if you're not very able bodied. The staff was over the top wonderful, helpful and communicative and the location of the room was amazing.

This small boutique hotel had very friendly staff that was available via WhatsApp to provide suggestions around town. Very clean/comfortable. Lots of dining is walking distance away. The free beach is also very close by.

The property is a small boutique hotel. The location is conveniently located inside the old town so the parking can be challenging. You have to park outside the old town but the staff would guide you to a parking spot. I find the staff all helpful and courteous. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

This is a beautiful location and the property has nice modern updates. Great staff! Our only complaint was that emails from Le Contrade were sometimes not coordinated - requesting information previously reported and sending 5 requests for payment even though we had prepaid. You will love this venue!

Rosella at Le Contrade Dimore Pugliesi was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They contacted us well before our arrival, asked about our bed preferences, kept us informed leading up to our trip, and made the entire check-in process seamless. When we arrived, they were waiting for us and immediately made us feel at home. They gave us excellent recommendations for parking, restaurants, and things to do in the area. Their customer service was truly exceptional—without a doubt some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely cared about making our stay perfect, and it showed in every interaction. The room itself was absolutely charming. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. I loved the authentic Puglian architecture, which gave the property so much character while still feeling modern. Everything was new, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room overlooked one of the charming little streets, and waking up to that sweet view each morning made the experience even more special. The location was my favorite part. It was perfect for exploring the historic center while still feeling peaceful and authentic. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Le Contrade Dimore Pugliesi to anyone visiting Monopoli. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!
