Aurum har blitt ett dårligere tilbud enn tidligere. Resepsjonen stengte kl 21 på kvelden, og da gikk det ikke ann å lage seg en kopp kaffe eller te, da det ikke er vannkoker eller kaffemaskin hverken på rommene eller i resepsjonslokalet. Restauranten var i tillegg stengt av til ett privat arrangement en av kveldene vi skulle spise middag der. Rommet var greit nok med ok senger og bad. Vi fant avklipte tånegler på gulvet fra en tidligere gjest, så renholdet burde vært bedre. Hvis Aurum fortsetter innskrenkning på åpning og tilbud til gjestene, så finnes det bedre alternative hotell i Skellefteå.

Terrible self check in. We booked 2 rooms and get only one booking nr. that leads to one our with frustration in the middle of the night. Helpful staff on the phone give us the other booking nr. still it was a meaningless prosess to type all information we already gave when we booked the room.
