Some of the staff are friendly and the room is clean. No hair dryer and microwave oven in the room so seems like nothing to use. The location is great and the room is fine.

Had such a fun overnight stay at Wallacia Hotel celebrating our friends’ wedding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were lovely, and it was the perfect place to relax after a beautiful day with friends. Bonus points for karaoke, such a great way to finish the night with lots of laughs, music, and memories. A relaxed country pub vibe with good food, good company, and a fun night all round. Would happily stay again!

4/10 Regular

The staff were amazing! Cannot fault any of the staff we dealt with. Pub itself is great. Meals were good. The motel part is very outdated and run down for the price. Shower leaked water like a flood all over the bathroom floor and out the closed door onto the carpet. This has occurred for some time as the carpet was mouldy and the timber door frames were very noticeably water damaged. New owners have taken away all breakfast options and coffee making facilities in the rooms. If you want breakfast or a coffee after hours you have to make your way down the road to Mulgoa to a cafe. Room was not serviced for second nights stay, even after using all towels to mop up the bathroom flood. We had to request more towels. Amenities have been removed, but price hasn’t changed. Very disappointing.
