Actually the staffs are friendly, when we checked in, the nice front desk girl, she told me they will not do room service if I don't ask before 11am. I do think that's an environment friendly concept. I planed to stay 4 nights, I just need to call them once. So, after two nights, on the 3rd day early morning before we leave, I told the front desk please clean up my room and change towels. She was on the phone but she took notes for me. But, when we came back almost midnight. Obviously they did not come. I don't want to call in the midnight so we continue using the old towels anyway. Good thing we don't have the habit to throw towels on the ground. I always hang them up and usually at home I wash my towels twice a week. I am able to use the same towels three or four days... anyway. All the other things I have nothing to complain. But they should not forget the room service after customer required. Only because of this, my good feeling for this hotel fall down to just soso.
