The Carrick Lodge is very close to the start of the Dunstan Lake cycle trail, a brief walk from two bicycle outfitters and across the street from several restaurants. Our room was clean, well stocked with the necessities and the small kitchen met the needs of two travelers perfectly. We'll be back to stay again.

Room is spacious and sparkling clean, good shower. 2 minutes walk to the village with a few restaurants and cafes. Intercity bus stops at the village so very convenient even with luggages.
