Requested a late arrival recieved a phone call and spoke to gentleman said we would be arriving late. No problems..We asked for about 6/7pm we noticed that we would be arriving later then we thought gave another phone call a lady answered told her we would be arriving about 8.30-9.30 weren't told that they couldn't accommodate the late check in were told that's ok .When we arrive at 9.30PM the place is shut and not a single word spoken about if a key was left somewhere or even a call
We arrived with our 2 children who just went through an 11 hour trip to a business shut. We couldnt book elsewhere as every other business was shut also. I've never in life come across a business that just leaves you for dead. We had to sleep with our kids in the car at the park. Despicable and very Un professional would NOT recommend..
