Our room was very nice. Parking was right outside. The property is pretty. Breakfast was good but the hours of breakfast were strict and not convenient for early risers and people with early planned activities. The on-premise restaurant is decent (prices are high).

Cabins are very spacious and well maintained. Everything around is just so beautiful too. Complimentary breakfast is right on. We loved our stay there and if we ever comeback to Seward this is where we would choose to stay.

Very comfortable. Very clean. Great towels! Free breakfast outstanding. Beautiful area centrally located between Anchorage and Seward. All side trips they booked for us came off without a hitch. Restaurant and service were excellent. Beds very comfy. Everyone bent over backwards to see we were happy and cared for. Highly recommend!

The property and lake are beautiful . The lake front room was really nice , comfortable and the view of the lake was amazing . Breakfast in the morning was really tasty and the owners are really nice and down to earth . And the ice cream is soooo good too ....

Our visit exceeded all expectations. The cabins were well appointed, with each having its own tankless hot water heater. The beds were comfortable, and the showers wide with great water pressure, The lake was beautiful and there were plenty of canoes and kayaks to enjoy. The restaurant was very good, with breakfast included with the room. The wait staff were friendly, competent seasonal workers from Slovakia. The lodge is conveniently located a short drive from Cooper Landing, Seward, Whittier, and the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Our family of 9 enjoyed our 3-day stay before joining our cruise in Whittier. This is a great place to stay before or after a cruise.

We stayed in the Mountain View Cabins, which were perfect for our stay with a family of 4. The bathrooms in these cabins were incredible- completely updated and spacious for our bathroom needs. Beds and living area were what you'd expect- comfy beds, easy storage for suitcases, and the fridge/microwave worked well. The breakfast at the restaurant was good, but not spectacular- not that it needed to be- it got the job done and got us started on our days. The gem of this place is the outdoor space in general- the lake, the dock, the kayaks and canoes, and covered fireplace, etc. We used the canoes and kayaks often, and lifejackets were included. We were able to fish and swim off the dock. And the covered gas fireplace was perfect for s'mores and hanging out. It really was an awesome space for just being outdoors. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return in the future! Brandon and Lindsey were very welcoming and helpful.

Gamily owned and they all so nice and helpful. They had great food and drinks. It is a convenient spot to several little towns. We really enjoyed staying there.
