The complete and utter lack of a front desk clerk was odd; a kiosk was the method to check in. The room was nice.

Love how clean and convenient the hotel is to everything. There is no hotel staff. Never see anyone and I get it's cost effective this way. However we wanted an extra blanket and these is no way to get one. Also the Hot Tub hours should be earlier l. Why not leave ot open. It's nice to be able to sit in the hot tub before getting in a long car ride. Also we left a coat in our room and couldn't get back in due to no actual staff in sight.

If you want a clean room and just a place to sleep, this is OK. The downside is, you are totally alone; NO staff whatsoever, NO breakfast, NO coffee pot in your room, NO security as you are on your own. It's been partially updated except for the bathrooms. There is NO DINING room.

Hotel was clean and maintained well. Never saw a staff member, your on your own for check in and out. Place was nice and quiet for those who are looking for sleep and rest.

Pictures look great. But unfortunately not clean. The comforter, every pillow case, every towel had stains or hair on them. Ended up going up going and getting towels and blanket from the store. Floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Lobby and elevator were also dirty. Disappointed.

There is no true front desk agent but the gentleman working was kind and helpful when we needed towels for the pool and extra for our room. The laundry room was dirty and had a terrible smell, the lobby trash was overflowing on to the floor, our bathroom wasn't particularly clean (mold in the shower and bathroom fan had a THICK layer of build up) and mother in laws bathroom wasn't clean either (sink basin dirty and counter top had shave trimmings everywhere) We bought bleach spray and took care of it for the stay

Just a computer to check in at the front desk so had to call someone to come help us because it didn’t show our reservation. Once they finally came, everything was fine

Best hotel of my three-week cross-country trip. The only thing wrong with this place was that the carpet was so plush and new that the room door wouldn't always close by itself. Great bed. Nice tub/shower. Comfortable couch and furniture. The gym has a universal and several aerobic machines. The pool was good. The lady that checked me in was incredibly helpful. Beautiful lobby.

Room was clean, staff were helpful. Pool and hot tub were great. Shower was fantastic. Overall a great stay but they are renovating so be aware in advance. Also, as said in other reviews, no breakfast at this time due to renovations so plan accordingly.
