Nice and cosy place to stay. It felt great to come back here after a long day exploring the city. The staff were lovely and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Our family had an amazing stay. The apartment wa perfect. Had all the amenities needed for a family. Kenan and Mr Deniz were perfect host. Always asking if we needed anything and always fulfilling any requests. Public transport is very close and easy travel to Taksim and Sultanahmet. There are malls and local grocery shops near by and a great selection of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend staying here. Thank you

Jest yapmislar!!!Odada neredeyse hic temizlik yapilmamis, yanlizca carsaf ve havlu degistirmisler.Yerler, masa , koltuklar toz, toprak, sac, kil ve yemek artiklaryla doluydu. Televizyon ekrani, aynalar yagli parmak izleriyle kapliydi. Perdelerin yarisi cikmis, sarkar vaziyette idi. Yerdeki hali 1 ay sokakta kalmiscasina kirliydi, uzerine sakiz bile yapısmıştı. Kapilardaki lekeler,duvarlardaki lekeler, sehpalarin uzerindeki lekeler ve gida artiklari mide bulandırıcıyd,Banyoda lağım kokusu vardı. Resepsiyona sikayette bulunduk. Temizlik elemanlarimiz cıktı, baska da bos odamiz yok, yarindan önce temizlik ya da oda degisimi yapmamiz mumkun degil, zaten siz de bir gece konaklayacaksiniz dediler.Ucreti onceden odemistik, doktor islerimizden dolayi aksam olmustu. Mecbur konaklamak zorunda kaldik. Hayatimda kaldigim en pis,kirli otel odasiydi.Aslinda odalar güzel dekore edilmis ve konforluydu ancak cok ama çok kirliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum , paraniza yazik ...Bir daha da on odemeli rezarvasyon yapmayı asla dusunmuyorum....
