When we checked in the lady at reception told us we only had one room booked, when we actually had 2 rooms booked. After some time I told her to check if it was under a different name , which it was I had to suggest this to her , she made no suggestions apart from telling me to contact Expedia as I had booked with them. The rooms given to us were quite small. The internet does not work in the bedrooms therefore you have to be in the lobby, embarrassing with guests from hotel sitting in lobby using the Internet. After a few complaints about the Internet we were moved to the fifth floor as they told us the wifi was better on that floor, BUT IT WAS NOT. Could not be bothered to go up and down to complain about it. The breakfast is very very basic, although the kitchen staff were helpful and made us omelettes on request. If you are a westerner be prepared to have only coffee/tea /toast and eggs, rest is noodles with sauce. Reception staff don't speak good English , we asked the man to tell us the name of the local ferry port he did not know and made no attempt to help with it, and as the Internet did not work we asked if he could order us Grab, like uber, and he had same problem loading the internet, but he made no other attempt to help us to get to the ferry port .
