We just picked a hotel from Hotels.com and saw this hotel located on Range Line Road. We had a horrible first day drive from Tulsa and needed to rest. Now... I wish I had inquired as to the locations of rooms, ease of access for disabled persons. I had to make 2 trips to a far room uphill from the truck parking to assist my wife who is also disabled and to get our fur baby into the room. Needless to say, this is not a disabled friendly hotel, and I would hope the hotel makes changes to better explain the patrons that they may not get an accessible room. Also, I did not know the rooms all were accessed from the outside, if they were accessible from the inside, I could of easily gotten my wife and fur baby to the room and then go and park the truck in the bitter cold and walk once back to the lobby. When the picture shows what looks to be a hotel tower it makes you think that it has inside rooms. This is mainly my fault and I just was so wore out there was no time to dig into details or ratings for the hotel. Overall the room was nice but the toilet was so low it felt like I was sitting on a toilet trainer, and there were no grab bars to help rise from the toilet, but yet, the vanity and sink were so tall it was cartoonish in size and using it was awkward. The bed is okay if you like EXTRA FIRM, which we do not.
