My stay was horrible. My room had cockroaches. The staff denied my request for additional bedding till the next morning. The microwave in my room was broken . Due to finding cockroaches crawling on the wall next to bed I checked out so much earlier than planned. I’m requesting a full Refund for my stay.

Thank you to the management for being accommodating. It is really located in a central area. A lot of shops, restaurants, and retreats.

HORRIBLE SO DIRTY !!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! the room was so dirty I couldn’t even sleep properly I had to sleep in my full sweater and sweatpants. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was flirty. It’s like they don’t clean. Worst hotel I ever been to. I end up staying cause I already booked and was so tired and was waking up early to continue my drive I just need somewhere to nap, but regret it horrible hotel.

The property smelled like it had been a smoking hotel for years. It was quite overpowering. The rooms were not terribly clean. The bed was yucky

Bathroom was not clean. Despite the many no smoking signs the hallway smelled strongly of smoke.

One word : dirty. My pillow case wasn’t changed and there was makeup smudge on it. There was a bunch of hair on the floor… really bad.

There is a smell of smoking in the non-smoking room. The toilet smells even worse. There is no water in the vending machines.

Staff seemed nice, but seemed overall dirty, noticed water damage throughout the hotel. And there was black/brown streaks down the walls

Rooms were only half cleaned whole building smelled like urine. Tried too get more pillows cause ours were flat and wore out. Staff told us we have no more. At least it was a cheap place to lay our head for a night. Definitely could do a lil something too make place smell better.

Older property, kept as clean as possible. First floor ice machine not working, and the second floor needed repair's. The continental breakfast selection was so sparse, we went to the diner around the corner. Available: 2 Cereals, packaged blueberry muffins, plain bagels and apples. Yeah, coffee and tea but no juices.

Noisy guests, probably not fault of owners. Sparse breakfast offering. Typical of lower budget hotel
