The room is extremely small; the window faces the hallway, very noisy during most part of the day. Sewage gas smell in the bathroom. The hotel is located at suburb of the town. Very inconvenient. The price is extreme high. Not recommended!

Habitación con sábana manchada de fluido no identificado, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, no sería un problema si tuviera ventanas hacia el exterior pero no las tiene. Personal de mala gana nos cambió habitación por sábana manchada, durante la noche puso música en volumen intenso lo que nos obligó a irnos a otro hotel por 2 noches y gastar más con tal de poder descansar para el examen del día siguiente, Justo el motivo por el que viajamos en primer lugar. La ubicación es mala comparada con otros hoteles de precio similar o incluso inferior que ofrecen mas servicios. Cerca hay una distribuidora de pollos así que el olor es terrible. No lo recomiendo para nada, saquenla de hoteles.com y que los sepulte el algoritmo. Extra: Cuando nos resignamos a volver después del examen para hacer valer las demás noches (porque nos dijeron que no se podían reembolsar ni siquiera parcialmente cancelando las noches restantes) no había nadie en recepción y estaba cerrado, llamé al gerente y toque la puerta y nada, tardó 10 minutos en aparecer y esperamos afuera con el olor de pollo y el taxi esperandonos con el taximetro corriendo.

La habitación es demasiado pequeña no cuenta con internet como para su prrcio elevado hay mejores hoteles en el centro y por menos precio luego no hacen el cobro adecuado y estas marcando para que bajes a solucionarles su error la atención no la tienen

El hotel lo reserve por la alta demanda en otros en Morelia , queda a 20 minutos del centro , es un hotel sencillo , limpio , no creo que sea familiar al 100 % , obtienes lo que pagas , un lugar donde dormir , baño y un poco de tele , no pretenciosos ni divas, está frente al nachas club , solo para que ubiquen

Reservación y cobro sin habitaciones disponibles

No existían habitaciones disponibles en el hotel debido a una mala practica en el intercambio de información del servicio, me ofreció amablemente el responsable moverme a otro hotel lejos de mi evento al cual tenía que asistir; no tuve otra alternativa debido a situación del viaje en el cual mi hora de llegada a la Ciudad era ya por la noche.

GOOD for the price.

This hotel on a major road, sits next door to Ross Events. There are weddings, family gatherings, parties of all kind that go on here. The rooms are small, like European small, and not like Texas large. The bathroom modern, hot water...soap in a dispenser or in a small bar. I am going to ask Hotels.com to put on their amenities, ELEVATORS... the staircase at Ross Hotel is a bit tight, dangerous, a double loop hairpin curve to get down.

Hotel limpio, pero ruidoso.

La cama rechinaba, la regadera no tenía agua caliente. Cualquier ruido en el pasillo se escuchaba en la habitación. La zona donde está ubicado no es agradable.
