Was a clean, minimally furnished 1 bedroom apartment on Foote st. Only real complaint was there was only one TV, in the living room, that was too small for the space and mounted too high and crooked.

Location is convenient, we stay here almost once a year. It's a beach town motel so it is exactly what you would expect. This year we forgot a $300 hairdryer in the room and the hotel "hasn't seen it" so we may not continue to stay there with such dishonesty

Nice, clean and really big suite with 2 rooms, Kitchen fully equiped,parking safe, late arrival super easy, walking distance to the beach, the only inconvenient is the train...super noisy and just back from the motel.

Bed mattress needs to be replaced there is a divet in the mattress and not enough electrical outlets,and should have numbered parking spots parking was terrible didn't have a parking spot a couple of times...but all in all the room was comfortable and the airconditioner worked good.

We had a good stay at the Seabreeze! Some things that do need attention: We stayed in the main building but my mother stayed in the new “being renovated” condos and the WiFi would not work. No cell service or WiFi at all, and tv connection would not work. Very unfortunate and unsafe. There are exposed wires and the smell of fresh paint was pungent. I can definitely see the potential and once they are fully finished they will be nice I’m sure. The location is unbeatable. Nice hot water and plenty of towels. The pool was well cleaned and overall in good condition. It was a great place to stay at during my bachelorette weekend- will be back for years to come.
