Tolles, aufmerksames Personal. :-) Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht, um einen Ausflug auf den See zu machen. Kann ich dafür auch empfehlen. Die Gegend ist für Puno OK. Fußläufig kann der Plaza de Armas und die umliegenden Shops & Restaurants erreicht werden.

Muy atentos y cordiales
La estadía fue muy cómoda, el personal muy amable, pudimos esperar en recepción desde nuestra llegada a Puno después de visitar el lago Titicaca a las 6:00pm y hasta que nuestro transporte nos recogiera a las 9 pm, sin ningún problema, hasta nos prestaron una habitación pues por el mal de altura un médico fue a visitarnos, ese fue un gran detalle que nunca olvidaremos, en el baño de la habitación falta un poco de limpieza por el moho en la división, pero en general se siente limpio, la cama era muy cómoda, para una instancia corta es perfecto.

Una estadía agradable
La atención del personal fue muy buena, prestándome ayuda en todo momento como por ejemplo a subir el equipaje (debido a que no hay ascensor) , sirviendo el desayuno con antelación a lo habitual, información de delivery, cómodas habitaciones. Lo negativo fue que la calefacción no estaba encendida cuando llegamos (encontrando la habitación fría ) y que el servicio de cable no había según dijeron por una averia con el servicio, me hubiera gustado dar alternativas al pasajero como películas en dvd u otro.
