Gotta love an old-school hotel in a small town that's been well-maintained, kept clean, and offers a decent rest at an affordable rate.

Super clean room and comfortable bed. Beautifully restored room but still keeping the original fixtures when possible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check in a little early. The staff made sure our room was clean and ready for our stay.

Very clean and comfortable room and I like the laminate flooring instead of carpet. Parking lot is cozy in places but fine. The main road traffic can be noisy at times but it didn’t wake me up. A solid place to stay on a budget.

I mean you get what you pay for. Still way cheaper than staying in corvallis

Room was clean. Water pressure great. Hot water lasted the whole time. Bed was so comfy. Lovely place.

Nothing fancy going on here, but it’s clean and safe and within walking distance of good coffee and beer. Our kid is at OSU, and its adjacency to Corvallis is nice, especially since staying in Corvallis is way overpriced. It’s our go to when in the area.

Except for the limited parking, the facility was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and the housekeeper was very helpful. Office staff was less friendly. We agreed to housekeeping every other day when registering. When our room was not cleaned on our 2nd day, my husband asked for clean towels from office staff since it was later in the evening when we returned to our room. Office staff snidely said we requested “No Service” during our 4 NIGHT stay. My husband responded that was incorrect and that of course, we would want FRESH towels AT THE VERY LEAST during that time period. 😕 We did appreciate mini fridge, microwave and large sink in the room as Philomath OR is a very small town with limited food options. So, price was fair, room was good, office staff unfriendly.

Nice room at an affordable price. We enjoyed our stay here. It's an older motel, but well maintained and we loved that we could park directly in front of the room making loading and unloading the car super easy. The room was not fancy, but was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The only disappointment was that the one and only electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working so the hair dryer was useless. When we went to the front desk to let them know, there was nobody there.

I think this is the perfect place to go for someone on a budget! This was a good quality room with comfortable beds and good amenities! If you have a lot to plug in, I would recommend packing an extension cord. It’s next door to a coffee place and right across the street from a gas station, making this well-connected while maintaining a quiet environment. Everyone was very nice and I felt very comfortable! The only thing that was of concern for me was the parking. There is a small parking lot with maybe 15 spaces, so carpool if possible!

Queen room was small but clean. Refrigerator was a good size. Noise from the main road in the morning was significant but overall a decent stay for the price.

Honestly the flaws are too plentiful to type, save yourself from an unbelievably terrible experience and find somewhere else because I promise you will be better off in every way.
