Room reserved was not available and I had reserved for my son under his name and they wouldn’t give him the room that was available since it was my hotels.com. Charged for room we never received! Desk workers were rude! After 3 calls to hotels.com and finally requested a supervisor they did refund our money. Place was also very run down and dirty, would not recommend!!
