The new owner or manager has greatly improved the hotel…I thought I was booked two days and when I realized the next day he was great in extending my stay

Staff was very helpful when told the scheduled non-smoking room had recently been smoked in. He quickly moved us to another room. I didn't spend but a minute in the first room so cannot comment on its condition. The second room looked great with and excellent paint job and no repair needs noticed. Excellent stay at a reasonable rate.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I had a problem with the coffee maker and the microwave which were addressed immediately by the management. This property is in the middle of being upgraded/modernized, which is good to see. I have stayed here several years ago, and will stay here in the future.

We requested non-smoking room and arrived to find it definitely had smoking odor throughout. No option to switch to alternate room, fully booked. The manager was most helpful and even came to check, himself… he agreed. We had no recourse but to keep our stay (did not get any discount applied). Room was spacious, incl mini frig, kitchen counter w/ sink, microwave. Super quiet, good shower. Towels were pretty small / thin. Bathroom came with shampoo, lotion, soap (no conditioner). TV w/ xfinity cable (no option to connect to streaming options). For the price point - overall a good hotel option! Just wish it hadn’t had smoke odor.

The room was very spacious and comfortable although there were only 2 pillows on a king sized bed, the carpet is heavily stained and needs replaced, the shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Overall an ok place to stay, just needs some updating

Property was very dated. My room was in a breezeway and was incredibly dark. Housekeeping did give me new towels but didn't make the bed or replace the coffee packets. Room was clean and the restaurant next door was great.

The room as clean and the best price for the area. The bathroom door is all scarred up. The shower curtain rod was falling off, so the shower curtain won't stay closed, therefore there was water all over the floor. The vent on the ac/heat unit was broken so you can't adjust it. The biggest issue was NO SMOKE DETECTOR in the room. Which is illegal! The base was on the ceiling without the unit. The small couch was so worn out, when you sat on it it sucked you in you might have well been sitting on the floor!

ICE MACHINE for entire complex is broken... no ice Lampshade was missing bolt to hold it to stem... just balanced on stem. Our bathroom fan was weak or non-effective. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable Fridge was great! Lots of TV channels to watch. Good location. Friendly staff. A great deal overall.

Gentleman at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Quiet for the most part, did have some neighbors that weren't quiet during quiet hours.
