The place to go for the elite

The place is so enchanting you feel relaxed the minute you step into the reception . The staff are friendly , the rooms so clean and cozy , the animation team gorgeous , especially Alaa , Sara , Maria and Alis , the food is to everybody’s taste , lots of activities , I really liked the place and it did make me so happy

Enjoyable visit

Enjoyable visit. Hotel is situated along a beautiful beach. Staff, especially reception staff, were excellent. Hotel and room very clean. Air conditioning in room was powerful - very important for my family. Dinners were good (one or two nights very good) but breakfast was uninspired and too basic for the price. Evening entertainment also needs improving. Overall, enjoyable.

Very unhappy guest and very bad customer service

The worst thing ever happened to me, booking that resort and I got their cancellation by them for renovations then got charged for the full stay for no show. Totally a night mare I had to book at Yachtel with my friends after they kick my reservation out , i wanted my reservation and they said they were under renovations ... unbelievable

Fantastisk strand, god mat, trevlig personal som inte överdriver sitt fiskande efter dricks. Trevliga rum, om än inte direkt lyxiga. Hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Vi var där över en långhelg, då bjöds på musikunderhållning och storbildsbio utomhus kvällstid vilket är lite störande om man som vi mer vill sitta och njuta av stillheten på landet och närheten till havet. Men det är en smakfråga. Överlag utmärkt och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Hotel was nice, the beach was wonderful, and the ambience was great! However, cleanliness was poor. Toilet was visibly dirty, as well as the walls (shoe prints) and curtains. The plates at the main restaurant has food remnants encrusted, especially on the bottom. The animation team were be friendly and put in a lot of effort (the highlight of which was the tanoora show). However they were not very organised, changed plans with no notice, and allowed guest to change preset plans, e.g., the nature of water aerobics, which ended up with us floating on the water instead of working out.

酒店比较旧，离海近的那几排别墅比较舒服，靠近reception的小高层就不咋地了，海滩不大，景观一般，但是在马特鲁的性价比还是挺高的。

Beautiful hotel, great staff

This hotel is wonderful. It is off the beaten path, but so beautiful. The rooms are clean and large. The staff very friendly. They were always makings sure I was okay and had everything I needed. AMAZING view and the water is some of the best in the world with a nice private beach.

My Second time in this hotel

First time was only from a month and half, and it was really better than this one. I knew from the front desk (who already changed!!) that the management decided to change many things in the hotel management to reduce cost (which I don't really digest as if your cost is high then higher your prices don't lower your services level..!!) for that reason starting from checking in there is problems in the system, only one card for the room (so you don't put a card in the room electricity control and take the other and go out. meaning bye bye mobile phone or laptop charging while you are out of the room, and also no AC working while its boiling hot outside you come to your room and you find it no different than outside..!) Food quality is extremely bad (comparing to only one and half month a go), chiefs changed I think or they may change the food supplier I don't know. The changed the night show to another one very silly comic show who made most of the guests leave early, I don't really know what are this hotel's management think?! The staff seams not happy, something changed in their salary or pay I don't know either. however I was so disappointed form this trip

الخدمه لاتقارن بالسعر

السلام عليكم اريد ان اشارك تجربتى فى هذا الفندق. مبدأيا كانت رحلتى لثلاث ليال ، الفندق لم يكن سيئا و لكنه لا يقارن بالسعر. كان لى ملاحظات ضخمه و ملاحظات متفرقفه فقررت ان اعرضها على المدير وكانت فكره سيئه للغايه الا ان المدير حتى لم يعتذر باي وسيله و قال لى بطريقه لطيفه اعمل ما بوسعك ان كنت تقدر. ابدأ بالملاحظات الضخمه: ١. بجانب حمام السباحه الرئيسى و ناحية البحر هناك مكان لتصريف مياه حمام السباحه و لكنه بعرض متر و لم يكن عليه اى سراج او مغطى باى وسيله، مما يجعل اى شخص فى خطر السقوط ٢. كل جوانب و مطلع الفندف لم يكن عليها سراج مما يجعل اى طفل عرضه للسقوط من ارتفاع اكثر من متر!!! ٣. مدخل الفندق من الطريق اقل كلمه توصفه هى انه سئ للغايه، فهو يوحى بانك ذاهب الى مقابر و ليس منتجع سيلحى يفترض ان يكون فخم ٤. ملائات السرسر لم تكن تتغير يوميا، بالصدفه ابنى بلل سريره و اكتشفنا ان الاملاءه لم تتغير نظرا للبلل الواضح، نادينا على خدمة الغرف و غير الملاءه و لكنه لم يبدل المرتبه او حتى يقلبها على الوجه الاخر!!!! كل ذلك لم يحرك للمدير ساكنا و حتى انه كان يجادل جدال غير منطقى و الملاحظات الصغيره كالاتالى: ١. الفندق لم يكن منظم بالمره فى البوفيه، الزحام كان شديدا نظرا لعدم النظام ٢.الفندق لم يكن به كره شاطئيه تابعه للفندق ٣.التلفزيون قنواته محدوده جدا ٤.بعض الاماكن فى الغرفه لا تنظف مطلقا ٥.الاستقبال ليس فخما و ليس نظيفا مطلقا
