The toilet basin in the ensuite of our bedroom was black with dirt. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. Thankfully we were only booked to stay one night. Mentioned it to the receptionist who listened to our complaint but no efforts was taken to do anything about it apart from a suggestion to move rooms we suspected that the next room may have the same issue and a bit of hassle when only staying one night.

Väldigt slitet hotell. Gratis parkering men svårt att få plats, bilarna stod lite hur som helst. Rummet var ofräscht. Skulle inte falla mig in att ställa mig i duschen. Ingick frukost med varma och kalla rätter men det var ofräscht med getingar som låg i syltburken och katter som ville åt maten när man satt på uteplatsen. Kom sent på kvällen och åkte vidare på morgonen som tur. Billigt dock.

Smutsigt. Hårda sängar. AC fanns men var inte tillräcklig. Fanns inte vatten till frukost, ens att köpa, innan baren öppnade senare. Bra pool. Låg off, mörka vägar att gå hem på kvällen, måste ta taxi hem.

Silver Bay was just as the reviews/stars/comments said online. It was a convenient place to stay while I was visiting a loved one in the hospital, with barebones room and bathroom but it had what I needed. The balcony was nice, the breakfast had lots of options and never ran out when I was there, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Definitely did the trick, but the rooms aren’t luxurious. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, which was the best part of the stay.

Das Opera Blue Hotel, auf das ich umgebucht wurde, zeichnete sich durch hervorragende Lage, schönes Zimmer, grosses Frühstücksbüffett und hilfsbereites Personal aus. Am Strand ca. 300 Meter entfernt gabces austeichend Parkplätze.

Skrækkelig oplevelse. Rå beton, masser af larm fra de andre værelser, et værelse uden nogen former for charme eller hygge, der på ingen måde lignede billederne på nettet. Morgenmaden var hæslig - og man kunne ikke en gang få kaffe. Aldrig mere dette sted.

Two words: don’t go. Absolutely abysmal hotel. The rooms are hideous and smell so bad. We had bunk beds in our double room that looked like they’d been recovered from the local prison. The shower is a unit built inside the room which smelt horrendous and there is a separate room for the toilet with a vile open drain. We even had to go and ask for toilet paper. We knew it would be bad based on reviews but we were only staying from 20:00 overnight and couldn’t get away quick enough in the morning. I thought breakfast might be better, but it was unhygienic and stale with flies everywhere, there weren’t even any cups out for coffee. The only redeeming feature was the lovely receptionist who was kind and helpful.

Hotel has been refurbished to good standard. Breakfast was of good range and quality. Negatives were a rusty, leaking ancient fridge in room and disappointing pool area with uncomfortable sun beds and “pool bar” which was just a display fridge with limited range of canned drinks.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und der Pool war schön. Das Personal war freundlich. Nicht in Ordnung waren der Zustand der Liegen (teils kaputt und nicht benutzbar). Das Hotel insgesamt ist abgewohnt und wird nicht gut instand gehalten.

Da vi ankom var der en kvindelig receptionist, som var meget sød og imødekommende og efterfølgende hjælpsom. Derimod var badeværelset forfærdeligt. Afløbet i badet fungerede IKKE og derfor løb der vand ud i hele værelset, hvortil der ikke var meget meget hjælp fra personalet om aftenen. Morgenmaden var ringe. Mange af poolstolene var i dårlig stand, og nogle direkte ubrugbare. Overordnet set var hotellet okay, men mangler og dårlige faciliteter gør at vi ikke kommer igen eller vil anbefale det til andre

Salle de bain dans un état lamentable : odeurs insupportables, très sale, avec de la moisissure sur les murs. Rien n’a été fait pour améliorer la situation. Ils nous ont changé de chambre uniquement pour la dernière nuit… et nous avons retrouvé exactement la même salle de bain, tout aussi sale. Expedia s’est très mal occupé du problème.

If you enjoy sleeping, do not come here. The bed was hard as a rock, the air conditioner was broken, and the room smelt of sewage. Do not stay here to save money. Spend the extra 30-50 euro to enjoy your life. NOT WORTH IT.

Worst experience ever. I was placed for the first two nights in a 1m x 2m2 room, without air conditioning, with the toilet bowl filled with excrement, the shower filled with hair. Even though I had booked a large room. the hotel in general was incredibly dirty.

The room smelt of sewage, I received two single beds for children instead of a double, the aircon was broken and shaking all night. I checked out early and they are refusing to return my money for the nights I didn’t stay. I don’t usually complained nor do I write reviews but I advise no one stay here. The receptionist lady was lovely and agreed and promised I would receive a refund but now they are not doing so

Jail cell!

The hotel is in bad disrepair, the rooms need better furniture as ours was broken and looked like a jail cell, the shower flooded the whole room, there was creatures all over the room, the beds was very hard, ut was a total disgrace, the breakfast was included in the price, dont bother though as the bread had green mould, the croissants was stale, the yogurt tasted sour, the scrambled eggs was like water, not a lot to choose from really unless u wanted to die of food poisening, the pool was dirty couldn't swim in it, after asking for it to be cleaned they said the maintenance was busy, we ended up going to the beach! So yeah, no sleep in our jail cell, broken furniture terrible bathroom, couldn't eat breakfast and couldn't use the pool, total waste if time, im asking for a refund!

Our stay at Silver Bay Hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a room with two large twin beds but were given one double and one single. The single bed was definitely not sleepable - the mattress was so lumpy you could feel the base beneath it. The double bed was a bit better, but still not comfortable. The room was far from clean, and the bathroom was poorly designed. The shower caused water to flood the bathroom, and we had to run down to reception for extra towels to try to contain it. The staff were polite enough and did organise airport pickup (though gave us incorrect information about where to pay). A late check-out was a small bonus, but overall, it was a poor experience. I wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend it.
