The cocktail bar is a let down. No atmosphere, No seating at bar, The bar used to be a friendly place. It’s lost its charm. Also NO CASH!!! The bar and the hotel will not take cash.. I find that ludicrous

Great place to stay in the centre of Manchester. Staff are very attentive without being too much. Rooftop bar is the place for cocktails.

Didn't see the bar, great valet service bags were in the rooms by the time we checked in, staff were friendly and welcoming and rooms were lovely. Well priced for a booking we made the night before and the option to buy everything in the room + the minibar and complimentary espressos. Great hotel

8/10 Muy bueno

Great hotel and location. Lovely clean and comfortable. Our safe didn’t work and the lifts are very dated but all in all it’s a good standard of accommodation. We only had two tea bags in our room and had to ask for 2 more in the morning. Again it’s not major and would definitely stay again.

Great location, high end hotel, excellent service ,but that premium quality does come at a price, but if price is not an issue then this comes very highly recommended. We shall be back next time we come to Manchester
