Booked for State of Origin night (July) in November and received a call 4 days prior to my booking asking about payment, at which time I confirmed that parking was available, to which I was told no, that had to be booked in advance and was booked out. I received no communication to state that despite booking 9 months in advance, and was told was only communicated to people booking on the Accor website. Staff were wholly unhelpful, and tried to contact the hotel for over 24 hours after the initial phone call, and no one would ever answer the phone. Was just told to book parking within the precinct, which, as I stated to them many times, was booked out. The real kicker was the day before my reservation receiving an automated email saying 'parking is unable to be booked in advance'! Clearly here unless you book directly with them you are a second class citizen. Maybe they should remember what kind of hotel they are!
The room itself was small as expected, the cobweb from the ceiling and the mould on the blinds were nice touches though
