Clean room. Friendly staff. Cascades Park behind property very pretty, down a steep hill. Not a traditional continental breakfast but they did have hot coffee, juice, yogurt, instant oatmeal and fruit. McDonald just down the street. We will definitely stay again when in Bloomington. Good value for the cost.

For the price, it’s a good place to stay. I usually give good reviews after each stay here but not this time. At check in, the person working the front desk was so incredibly rude. So unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome. The room itself was fine. Clean sheets. Clean towels. Only issue was the tv was not working. I called the front desk to ask if someone could fix it. I was told maintenance would be there in a few minutes to fix. No one showed up.
