Newly renovated room. Very clean room with comfy beds and soft towels. Excellent cooked breakfast daily which took longer than the usual buffets at regular hotels, but they cook their food with well. More seating would be helpful. The only downside was the old lady at the reception when we tried to check in. She, for some reason, was only able to find my confirmed 3 nights booking for just one night. She looked a bit more and found another booking for one more night, but I had to change rooms. But there was no 3rd night booked even though my booking was made and confirmed in August. She said they were fully booked and it doesn't matter who I booked it through ( I used Hotels.com), they all comes down to the same company. All she could see was just two separate bookings for one night each. I panicked. What was I gonna do with my 3rd night? Thank God my husband was able to find the confirmation email from Hotel.com from back in August (4 months ago) when I made the booking. She then was able to find our 3 nights booking. I just don't understand how she was able to find 3 separate bookings with my exact name for the same 3 days window for different length stays. She was rather rude in explaining, accusing that I was not listening to her when her system was the one causing all the mess. Anyways, BRING your CONFIRMATION with you. That was the only way for her to honor the booking.
