Made very welcome, all areas very clean and friendly staff. I had a great breakfast for all 3 days. Food in restaurant was first class. Good location with plenty of places nearby to visit. Plenty of parking out front.

Room was fresh clean and spacious. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast adequate...often run low on items so had to wait for food items, cups, glasses to be replenished. Slow clearing of tables. Restaurants good quality menu though not an extensive choice. Partner used pool but said very busy and noisy with lots of kids. Very much family orientated so not as relaxing as other hotels. Bar area spacious but lacks atmosphere

The hotel was lovely but in our room there was a noise coming from bathroom nearly every half hour, it kept us awake and due to a disturbed night sleep we woke up really tired.

Bedrooms was spacious and clean. Nice view of the golf course. Staff very friendly on reception and in the dining room. Good self service breakfast and nice dinner in restaurant the night before. As it was the Bank Holiday Sunday there were alot of families with small children in the bar area late at night. We were disturbed a few times at night with noise but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

A two night stay for local business meetings, a comfortable room and good facilities, EV charging on site at a good price, evening meal in the main bar was just ok so I ate out on the second night but breakfast was superb (they offer a breakfast pack of a sandwich fruit and juice if you have an early start) A random comment I know but for me the water from the bathroom taps had a very strange smell to it, like it was a little stagnant…..maybe just me! Otherwise it’s somewhere I’d use again

Hotel staff are up to 4 star quality but the hotel itself is tired looking. There is cracks and chips in the painted walls and the carpets have stains from continuous use over time that has not been kept well. The rooms are nice but there’s nothing really special you wouldn’t get from your ordinary travel lodge style hotels, plus the pillows on my bed smelled of old body odour. The pool was quiet small and had a really loud aqua aerobics class on at 7 in the evening taking up all the swimming lanes which made it really uncomfortable. The menus in the bar are covered in stains and the offering was basic for the value. It’s fine for a corporate stop over but it’s definitely not the luxurious hotel itself tries to display.
