Good,quiet location outside downtown Sitka which can be crowded with cruise ship passengers, and across the street from Eagle Bay with good eagle viewing. Also close to tourist attractions Fortress of the Bears, Totem Park and Raptor Center.

This hotel is a nice alternative to locations downtown, but not too far away, and they operate a shuttle. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location is quieter than downtown and other locations where I have previously stayed in Sitka. The included continental style breakfast items, including real oatmeal, was very nice.

This place was awesome. Met some of the Alaskan locals. Super nice and had a lot of great stories! The lady that runs the hotel is a hoot!! Kyle is quiet but very friendly and knowledgeable!! Place is clean and the room was very well decorated!! Would absolutely go back!!! We even had a shuttle from the hotel to the port!

The stay was perfect until husband was approached by an elderly lady who asked him “How was your one night stand?”. Very inappropriate. Other than that I would recommend the stay.
