I made a reservation for March 23-25 for my wife and myself. Upon arrival (6:30 pm), I filled out the form for 3 people (bringing my 5-year-old daughter). At the front desk, I was informed that the occupancy was strictly limited to only 2 people in the room. I was told that I had to take 2 rooms because only 2 people could sleep in the reservation. I told them it was just a child and that their EXPEDIA page clearly states that it is a family hotel, and extra charges apply for additional persons, which is perfectly understandable. I spoke with their manager and they couldn't do anything. They asked me to take a second room. I would be charged for both nights of my reservation, even if I decided to leave. We stayed that night. I paid for 2 rooms but did not use the second one. It was a very strange and unpleasant situation to separate a family with a child. The next morning, I went for coffee with my daughter to their lounge, and a large breed dog almost attacked her, coming within 1 inch of reaching her. The dog's owner, an employee of the hotel, managed to control it. The hotel policies do not allow dogs, except for service animals. We left in the morning of the 24th. We have traveled all over the world and this is the most unpleasant and absurd experience. The quality, warmth, and reasoning of this establishment are very poor.
