De bediening was heel onprofessioneel en boertig. De vrouw des huizes was niet echt vriendelijk. Het ontbijt hebben we overgeslagen aangezien het er alles behalve smakelijk en vers uitzag, ook was er niet veel keuze. Voor ons nooit meer deze bestemming.

Sehr persönlich und liebevoll

Da ich einen frühen Flug in Köln hatte, habe ich dieses flughafennahe Hotel gewählt. Mach anstrengendem Messetag wollte ich noch etw. essen, leider hatte das Restaurant (Hotel liegt etw. außerhalb) Ruhetag. Die sehr nette Hotelbeaitzerin hat mir stattdessen peraönlich ein liebevolles Abendbrot gemacht und sicher gestellt, dass ich Suchbegriff zu trinken habe. Sehr aufmerksam!

Remote location beside mosquito breeding ground. Killed over 20 of them in our room and still got many bites, as screens were either torn, poorly fitted or missing. Very poor quality bedding and towels (torn, frayed and thredbare). Cheap accomodation but still over priced for what you get! Internet was a joke. Could not get it unless you are in the enterance way. Would never stay there again!

Einfach und zweckmäßig

Wir haben für eine Übernachtung ein einfaches Hotel gesucht. Es war sehr sauber und was benötigt wird war da. Für unseren Zweck waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Nettes kleines Hotel. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Leider etwas widersprüchliche hinweis Zettel an dem Hoteleingang. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Frühstück. Tipp leckeres Restaurant neben an.

Did not get what we booked online

Beware Hotels.com listing: it said 1 double bed and bathroom (with breakfast included) when we booked, but when we arrived at this hotel, which is out in a rural area, far from any other place to stay, we were put in a room WITHOUT bathroom and told that breakfast would be an extra charge. Even when I showed the booking to the manager and she called her husband, we were still not given what we'd booked online at Hotels.com. He even threatened (on the phone) to call the police because we complained about this. So do not expect to get what you see online.

Amazing location, very calm and beautiful, has a nice German style restaurant attached, nice owners as well. There was one glitch, my Hotels.com booking mentioned that breakfast was included but the owners denied this and told that they do not provide free breakfast any more. It costed an extra Eur 4.90 per day which was unexpected cost and was one thing which I did not appreciate about the visit.

Leuk hotel

Het is een net hotel. Goede prijs en met OV snel in keulen. Wel wat opmerkingen. Het eerste ontbeit was oud opgebakken broodjes. De rest was goed. Ook is de kamer een dag niet schoon en opgemaakt. Ondanks alles toch een herhaling waard.een hotel achteraf in een dorpssfeer dus lekker rustig en toch snel is de stad Keulen snel bereikbaar.

De netheid was ruim voldoende.De kamer is aan de kleine kant,er kan b.v geen zitje in wat we wel hebben gemist.Namelijk s, avonds kan je nergens meer terecht, er is geen gezelligheidsruimte. De radio is oud en erg storingsgevoelig, ook de tv konden wij niet aan de praat krijgen.Wij hebben er goed geslapen. De omgeving is erg mooi maar zonder e_bike te steil om te fietsen. Voor een bezoek aan Keulen en Bonn zijn er goede verbindingen met de trein. Het ontbijt was keurig verzorgd.

Nettes Hotel für das Wochenende

Wir haben das Hotel als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für einen Thermenbesuch gebucht. Dafür war das Hotel gut.Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut und man war zuvorkommend. Was nicht so toll war ist die Qualität des Fernsehers im Zimmer.

Zwischenstopp bei Köln

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt war es für uns ideal auf unserer Fahrt in den Norden gelegen.Alles war ok.!

Kurztrip

Zimmer klein aber fein und sauber. Einfach aber ausreichend. Leider fehlte ein Fön. Frühstück war für 4,50€ mehr als genug.( Buffet ). Personal freundlich. Liegt ländlich und sehr ruhig, von Rösrath ca.2,5 km entfernt. Leider war es nicht inkl.im Preis wie auf der Expedia Seite angegeben. Wurde aber wohl bei Expedia ,seitens des Hotels, schon beanstandet. Hier sollte Expedia mal seine Seite korrigieren.
